This is a presentation that Leila and I made. We found out how many volcanoes there are in Auckland, what their names are, the definitions of an active, extinct and a dormant volcano, and examples of them. We have also included some pictures and the web-sites we used to find this information.

Maths task
This is my group and I working collaboratively in our maths task. The L.I was to notice patterns when skip counting from a given number. Our given number was 3 and we had to work collaboratively while skip counting in 3's.

Mt Tongariro
Mt Tongariro is a brave and is a noble mountain. He loves Mt Pihanga and fights for her love against Mt Taranaki. Eventually Mt Tongariro won the battle because he was fit and courageous and never gave up his love for Mt Pihanga.
Mt Pihanga
Mt Pihanga is a mountain who is caring and loving. She is gentle friendly and is softhearted. Mt Pihanga moves swiftly around and is loyal when other mountains are fighting for her.
Mt Taranaki
Mt Taranaki is staunch and aggressive mountain. He gets angry and frustrated at Mt Tongariro when fighting for the love of Mt Pihanga. Mt Taranaki then gets embarrassed when losing Mt Pihanga for Mt Tongariro.
Mt Tauhara
Mt Tauhara is cowardly and chicken hearted. He was gutless and sneaky when pouring lavar over Mt Tongariro.
Mt Putauaki
This mountain is Mt Putauaki is just like Mt Tauhara and a;so gets ashamed and embarrassed. He is soppy and ties to be romantic with Mt Pihanga.
